Hatha Yoga (English lesson)

The practice is 75 min long, we step from Mantras, Asanas, Pranayamas, to Meditation and Yoga Nidra, aligning body, mind and emotions.

We train the mind awareness with asanas, the breath awareness with pranayama to attain wholesome health and self awareness.

This lesson is open for local and non-local yogi’s, but will be taught in English!
